A poet finds relief from life's stresses by losing herself in moon gazing. Have you ever wondered: If you could drink the moonlight, how would it taste?
I always imagined it to be cool and refreshing, with the slightest hint of lemon flavor, and a creamy, light, bubbly texture that leaves you smiling and full of laughter. Cheers! Here's to a rich, blissful night under the full moon.

Outside the moon is rising on the pier
An orb of gleaming white shines through the atmosphere
Its looming, liquid light runs down my face
Takes my imagination to another place
A place where soft caresses in a silver mist
Light up the dreams inside where I exist

Moonlight champagne
Velvet terrain
Healing the pain that I face daily
Creamy, lemon mist

The world outside keeps pounding on my door
